- Prepare periodic financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Develop and present monthly reporting packs for top management.
- Create and revise quarterly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow budgets.
- Analyse actual vs. budget performance to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct monthly financial statement analysis to derive insights and drive decision-making.
- Prepare IFRS and Group reporting packages for consolidation at the group level.
- Implement and execute basic internal control procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and produce reports as required.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in Audit companies
- Proficiency in IFRS and reporting standards
- Solid experience in budget planning, management reporting, and financial modelling
- Strong understanding of consolidation processes
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of an organization
- The process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

- Experience with Oracle Fusion would be considered an advantage.
