- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports; interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes to ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor cash flow, manage treasury operations, and mitigate financial risks effectively.
- Lead internal financial systems improvements for operational efficiency and data reliability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), and internal policies.
- Oversee billing activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to commercial agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Support talent management including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives and act as a strong ambassador for the company.
- University degree in a relevant field; qualified accountant (CPA, SMMM, CIMA, or CMA) with significant post-qualification experience,
- Minimum 10 years of total experience in Financial Reporting, including at least 4-5 years in audit firms,
- Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP, TFRS, and IFRS, as well as Turkish corporate and indirect taxation (e.g., VAT),
- IFRS 16-IAS 29, multiple currency reporting experiences preferred,
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data; strong commercial awareness,
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with MS Navision or similar accounting systems is a plus,
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing finance teams, with a focus on performance and value creation,
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment,
- Capable of challenging stakeholders constructively to drive cost-saving initiatives,
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information,
- Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities,
