Supports Cargo Claims team’s delivery of a positive customer experience
Gets involved in end-to-end cargo claims lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams
Builds strong relationships with all stakeholders including regional and global claims teams
Has a full understanding of customers' business drivers, needs and requirements
Supports cargo claims specialists with survey organization, systems updates and reporting.
Handles & follows up cargo claims queries

We are looking for:

New grads open to internship opportunities / 4th year Undergraduate degree students available 5 days a week for a duration of 6 months
