A.Ş.Supplier Development EngineerAbout the Team:We are expanding our Purchasing & Supplier Development team across Istanbul and looking for Supplier Development Engineer to join us in Istanbul with Division Aftermarket.What you can look forward to as Supplier Development Engineer:

Develop and implement supplier management strategies in Turkey aligned with global objectives.
Lead and perform new supplier approval audits and regular process audits in accordance with VDA 6.3 standards.
Lead and manage supplier development and supplier readiness projects including APQP and PPAP activities.
Collaborate with the SQA team to support Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) at assigned suppliers.
Ensure achievement of annual supplier KPIs through close cooperation with SQA teams.
Support escalation level 2 supplier development activities as needed.
Assist in resolving supplier claims and quality issues in coordination with SQA.

Your profile as Supplier Development Engineer:

Graduated from Mechanical Engineering or related technical field with minimum 5 years of similar experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Certified VDA 6.3 Auditor with strong knowledge of forging, forming, heat treatment, coating, machining, casting, assembly.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards.
Proficient in quality tools: APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 8D.
Strong technical and analytical skills, with proven problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent project management, teamwork, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for business as required.
