- Lead the development of actionable insights by leveraging diverse information sources to craft a compelling business strategy within EME.
- Chair the Insights Integration cross-functional forum to enhance collaboration and dissemination of insights across the organization, fostering data-driven mindset and insights-driven strategy and action planning across OU.
- Build a forward-thinking data strategy with DAO and Platform Services.
- Serve as a partner to Coca-Cola bottler teams, ensuring alignment on data, insights, and competition opportunities.
- Contribute to global, OU, and market-level cross-functional projects as the voice of strategic insights.
- Support the development of LRP and ABP by delivering key regional insights and leading macro and industry insights forecasts
- Lead advanced analytics, including market mix modeling and ad-hoc research, and serve as the strategic liaison with data and insight agencies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for leveraging new digital tools and AI to enhance insight development.
- Monitor market trends and beverage category dynamics within T6 markets in EME to identify potential opportunities and risks for the TCCC portfolio.
- Enhance Long Range Plans by prioritizing "where to play" decisions, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, and maximizing competitive advantage through a competitive lens.
- Identify key market opportunities and threats, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership during monthly and quarterly routines.
- Lead competitive gaming exercises with franchise strategy partners to stress-test and refine strategies, optimizing annual business planning.
- Assess growth opportunities through innovation, partnerships, or acquisitions to ensure future competitive advantage.
- Holistic Insights & Data Literacy: Strategically connect strategic and competitive assessments with the company's vision and direction, leveraging advanced data literacy to transform diverse internal and external data into insights that drive competitive advantage.
- Strategic Thinking & Insight to Action: Synthesize complex insights, define strategic direction with holistic approach, effectively translating insights into actionable business solutions.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Partner with senior leaders to foster action based on industry and competitive strategies, prioritizing efforts and engaging key stakeholders
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Effectively identify, influence, and align senior stakeholders, OULT and system partners, utilizing structured storytelling to communicate business performance and foster engagement.
- System Knowledge & Facilitation Skills: Apply broad system knowledge and facilitation skills to drive meaningful conversations into practicable solutions, leveraging agile methodologies to enhance execution.
- +10 years of experience in several Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Marketing, Business Planning, RGM, Insights, and/or Finance.
- Essential experience: Strategy, Data & Analytics and Insight related functions or roles with a focus on external competition.
- Preferred experience in FMCG or Management Consultancy (Retail/FMCG facing)
- Up to 15-20% of travel required
