Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the ” Senior Safety, Health and Enviroment Manager (Lüleburgaz)” Take this opportunity to GROW together!Be responsible from the following requirements:

Set the health, safety and environment agenda within align Danone Wise Culture and One planet one health culture
Manage Danone Turkey Luleburgaz Factory health, safety and environment targets and KPIs within Global and local strategies, mid -long term plans
Provide relevant statistics report for SHE KPIs
Manage all zero waste activities meeting with global and local requirements
HSE Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of various HSE programs and procedures. These may include ergonomics, lockout/tagout, inspections, and scheduled audits.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ISO 14001 (environmental management) This involves executing and maintaining HSE policies and procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in HSE practices across the organization. Collaborate with location leadership to embed a strong HSE culture.
Deliver proactive and robust approach to managing health and safety and environment risks to ensure business compliance and continuous improvements
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analyses.
Develop corrective action plans to address underlying causes and system weaknesses.
Workers' Compensation Management: Manage workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and fitness-for-work activities nationally.
Leadership and Skill Development: Provide leadership and actively develop the skills and capability of the HSE functional team.
Record Keeping: Ensure proper systems for maintaining HSE-related information and records across the company.
Supplier Assessment: Conduct verification assessments of suppliers' completed self-assessments and guide them in improving their HSE practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial , Environmental , Chemistry.
Consider certifications like ISO, HS and B Class Healt and Safety Certifisation
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably within the food industry environment.
Experience in waste water treatment facilities is a strong advantage.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively influence at all levels within the organization
Possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with individuals at all organizational levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Turkish & English )
Fluent speaking (English)
