- Responsible for inventory planning and reporting, ensure proper inventory management to meet sales forecast on time.
- Coordinating and planning production for local production of Medical portfolio
- Conducting necessary capacity analyses for local production
- Plan and prioritize productions to ensure maximum performance and optimum stock levels
- Determine the raw & pack materials for the production process to ensure everything is in place for production
- Regular collaboration and alignment with manufacturing team
- Responsible for setting target safety stock levels, tracking total inventory to make sure stock levels are in line with the target
- Proactively identifying potential slow mover inventory, providing visibility in excess inventory by root cause analysis and following up necessary actions to deplete the excess inventory
- Track write off data and makes sure all actions are in place for depletion
- Providing necessary analyses and data for production & supply planning
- Working on reducing inventory target levels based on improvements on lead times
- Reporting and tracking productions plans (PSL) of factory
- University degree in engineering or business administration
- Min 3 years of experience in supply chain
- Excellent command of English
- Expert level of MS Office
- SAP Knowledge is preferred
