Human ResourcesWe are looking "Supplier Development Manager (Lean)” for our client which has a wide network of customers and business partners in Turkey and also abroad as well as they are one of the leading groups in Fashion Design and Ready-to-Wear sectors.The Role:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Lean Production (Preferably Woven)
  • Experienced in lean field studies and production
  • Being responsible for supplier development by using Lean Tools
  • Taking active role in building and developing Lean Systems
  • Training / mentoring the teams
  • Training and consulting the suppliers
  • Strong communications skills and relationship management to achieve cultural change in Lean thinking
  • Based in Istanbul HQ in Turkey
  • Ability to travel within Turkey and long stay in different factory locations
  • Ability to work KPI and target based projects
  • Teamworker
Job Description:
  • Developing and supporting Lean Production in one of the leading groups in Fashion Design and Ready-to-Wear sectors by using Lean Tools to achieve targets in line with top management.
  • Teaching the Lean Methodology /Thinking to The Suppliers and improving them to the level of performing Lean
