Human ResourcesORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT MANAGERWe are looking "Organizational Development Account Manager” for our client which has a wide network of customers and business partners in Turkey and also abroad as well as they are one of the leading groups in Fashion Design and Ready-to-Wear sectors.,The Role:
- University degree preferably in Engineering fields,
- Minimum 5 years experience in Organizational Development of corporate organizations,
- Minimum 2 years experience in Team Management
- Strong analytical skills and result orientation,
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization,
- Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate effectively at Senior Management Level,
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (advanced level of Excel),
- Good command of English, High sense of responsibility.
- To identify organizational development needs and conduct respective lean and optimization workouts,
- To evaluate organizational change requests and manage decision process with the related parties,
- To evaluate, analyze and follow up head count requests,
- To follow developments in the related sector, carry out process improvement workouts and develop new project,
- To create new job descriptions and update existing job descriptions when necessary,
- To prepare and update organization charts and organizational development procedures,
- Making directives / situational leadership required by the teams during implementation, to give necessary approvals and to eliminate any problems / obstacles
- Making situational leadership in one-on-one meetings and on-the-job for team development.
