Run what runs the worldThis Position reports to: Operations ManagerThis role includes Leads Supply Planning, Inventory Management and Resource Management in the Division. You will perform to drive planning initiatives to improve customer on time delivery, and lead-time, to be accountable for inventory incl. sales in excess of invoicing and supply plan adherence responsible for reporting resource utilization.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsures inventory and NWC optimization across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and project-related stock, aligning with Group/BU guidelines and leading local inventory initiativesLeads and develops planning and warehouse processes across the factory, including packaging, and ensures the planning team is well-organized, staffed, and skilledCoordinates responses to unplanned events and supports customer order execution in alignment with project management, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teamsDrives cross-functional initiatives to improve on-time delivery, lead times, forecast accuracy, inventory, and resource utilization using Lean Six Sigma tools and ERP systemsQualificationsUniversity degree in Industrial Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in planning and inventory managementProactive and agile mindset with ownership in planning issues; knowledge of planning principles and practicesExcellent communication skills in Turkish and advanced English (spoken and written); collaborative and solution-focused approachWe value people from different backgrounds.
