- Effectively support all HR related activities.
- Ensure company complies with all labor legal requirements.
- Drive the recruitment process and employer branding initiatives.
- Selecting the right people to fulfil the organisation manpower needs through various recruitment channels.
- Participate in the administration of salary, benefits, pensions and insurance in accordance with all necessary regulations.
- Develop, define, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure that all policies comply with local requirements together with the HR Manager.
- Work with the departmental managers to identify the learning needs and development of our employees. Support the company training and development plan.
- Participate and support implementation of corporate HR policies and if necessary, adaptation to local needs.
- Work or negotiate with external authorize (e.g. unions, work councils) on employment related issues. Also ensuring that the company and employees interests are best served.
- Support organisational planning, development and change within the company (needed structure, successsion planning, development of the workforce, key employee retention)
- Completed studies in the field of HR management, Psychology, Economics or relevant.
- Several years of professional experience in the operational HR environment, preferably in a production company
- Professional experience in the environment of a start-up or freshly developed organization, experienced with change processes
- Very good knowledge of labor law and experience with working councils / unions
- Pro-active, independent, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills as well as an empathetic demeanor
- Very good MS Office skills as well as SAP knowledge, ideally knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Good written and spoken English
