This role is central to our transformation journey, helping us move from local, manual ways of working to a global, digital, and standardized approach.You will lead the development of end-to-end engineering processes, with a strong focus on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ERP integration, and digital tools, at the same time collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, and sales teams to ensure that our processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of engineering in a global organization and make a lasting impact on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.How you'll make an impact

Lead the design and rollout of global engineering processes
Align local practices across factories into one unified approach
Drive PLM strategy and implementation across product lines
Reduce manual work and eliminate process inefficiencies
Collaborate with IT and digital teams to define tool requirements
Support “Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere” strategy
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process adoption
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization

Your background

Degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, IT, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in engineering process or PLM management
Deep understanding of transformer manufacturing workflows
Experience with PLM systems (e.g. Windchill) and ERP (e.g. SAP)
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
