- At least 3 years of experience in textile, laboratory, testing, and sales
- Able to use CRM systems Able to support marketing campaigns
- Experienced in customer portfolio management
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Able to work in a goal-oriented manner
- Competent in time management
- Good diction and presentable
- Friendly and energetic
- No travel restrictions
- B driver's license.
- Conducting effective customer/market research and finding potential customers
- Ensuring the continuity of the existing customer portfolio and developing customer relationships
- Planning and conducting customer visits and preparing post-visit reports
- Engaging in activities that increase/develop customer satisfaction and existing customer relationships, working with and supporting customers on projects
- Conducting market, competitor, and pricing research, preparing sales reports for management/executive directors/management
- Following industry trends and conducting competitor analyses
- Maximizing and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Actively gathering customer feedback and reporting it to management/management
- Providing support for pricing and budgeting
- Participating in all test sales projects under the direction of the senior manager.
