- Proactively engage customers to develop business using an outbound sales call approach Uses remote communication channels Video Calls, telephone, social media to interact with customers.
- Plans sales volumes and potentials of all customers in the assigned verticals, accounts and region.
- Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning. Research prospective clients and record information in Salesforces CRM
- Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders.
- Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions.
- Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network.
- Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and management.
- Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs.
- Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
- Contributes to the development of After-Market business in the region.
- May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
- Analyses end customers’ needs and may support their decision-making process.
- Provides information to customers and/or general sales.
- Tools to Use: CRM, Outreach, SieSales, Higspot, LinkedIn Navigator
- Maintains/exceeds phone calls, IMs, email, connect time and pipeline activity goals as set by management team.
- Achieves a minimum of daily 50 dials, 50 emails/IMs, 2 hours connect time
- Contribute to achieving the team's sales targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering (or related)
- 3 years of experience in sales/business development field, preferably in fire/security/building automation business
- Service business experience – maintenance contract/migration/extension
- IOT and digital services experience would be an important asset
- Vertical sales knowledge would be an asset
- Experience in building long-term relationships with the customers
- Intercultural business experience
- Advanced level of English.
- CRM system and digital working environment tool knowledge.
