POSITION: CFOWe are looking for a CFO for one of the most important FMCG companies in Turkey that we consult. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.Responsibilities

Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
Prepare financial statements and reports • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
Manage relationships with banks • Sales and earnings analyses, variance analysis
Full responsibility of budget
Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (HGB, IFRS, UFRS, VUK)
Development, supervision and management of the Finance department (in particular Accounting, Controlling, Treasury and Financial planning teams)

Qualifications

University degree, Qualified appropriate further training in the subject areas or an economics degree preferably MBA in the field of business administration and finance
Strong finance-based analytical skills
Have the experience of production companies
In FMCG sector experience is must
Experience in the use and further development of accounting & finance in SAP systems
Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
More than 15 years of finance experience
Ability to work strategically, but also hands-on problem solving
Fluent English MUST
CPA or MBA preferred but not required
