- Implement small/mid scale projects, conducting financial analysis to identify value creation opportunities for different business categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement plans and build the organization.
- Guide the multifunctional team and maintain the communication flow with the Regional Business Unit.
- Understand the actual brand performance in the perspective of market dynamics; validate against the business plan and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Translate financial analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support business development and decision-making processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide accurate forecast structures and actual reports.
- Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for value creation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Learn and expertly use P&G systems and software to facilitate business needs.

- Early experience in F&A in multinational environment preferably in FMCG or similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate analysis into actionable strategies.
- Proven leadership & collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Proven ability to make business recommendations based on financial analysis and understanding of business strategy
- Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, effectively manage multiple priorities, ,and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent command over both written & spoken English
- Fluent in Turkish
