- Promote the continuous development of the assigned area through adequate coverage and penetration.
- Motivate and support clients, agents, and distributors in their activities, monitoring results in line with agreed objectives.
- Identify new clients and agencies and evaluate the potential for new collaborations.
- Manage commercial, contractual, and financial relations with clients, agents, and distributors in line with the current Commercial Plan.
- Collect and process necessary information to create an accurate sales budget for the area; collaborate on defining commercial objectives.
- Participate in trade fairs and other relevant industry events.
- Monitor the market to gather insights for improving competitive positioning.
- Coordinate with agents and distributors to promote products and services in the end market (installers, designers, organizations, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic).
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial goods sales within relevant sectors and geographical areas.
- Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time).
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is considered a positive differentiator.
