Replenish in-room minibars daily using Hilton's inventory and billing systems
Verify stock levels and product expiration dates, applying FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to ensure product freshness and minimize waste
Maintain accurate records and process guest charges in a timely, precise manner
Ensure all refreshment centers are clean, organized, and fully operational
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing minibar stock, and maintain the service cart
Navigate guest floors efficiently, delivering minibar service discreetly and professionally
Respond to guest requests with courtesy and promptness
Support the Food & Drink and Housekeeping teams as needed to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction

WHO YOU ARE:

Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Reliable and self-motivated, capable of working independently
Professional in appearance and confident in delivering behind-the-scenes excellence
Strong communicator with a friendly, guest-focused attitude
Comfortable working in a luxury, fast-paced hospitality environment
Fluent in Turkish; working knowledge of English is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in hotel minibar services or housekeeping/F&D operations
Familiarity with inventory software or minibar systems
