
Development & Facility Intern

- Lease & Facility Administration: Assist with lease contract registration, documentation, updates, and archiving.
- Operational Cost Monitoring: Support tracking of electricity, heating, and other operational expenses.
- Project Support: Contribute to new store openings, renovations, expansions, and closures by helping collect and compare contractor offers, preparing reports, analyses, and presentations.
- Research & Data Collection: Conduct preliminary market research (shopping centers, potential locations), gather consumption data (electricity, water, waste), and assist in cost tracking efforts.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate communication between internal teams (Retail, Finance, Store Concept) and external partners (construction, supplier etc); assist with meeting organization, minute-taking, and summarizing.
- Other Tasks: Learn and apply JYSK facility development standards; support daily operations with ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in retail expansion, property/facility management, and project coordination/assistance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- English proficiency is an asset.
