- Management of the finance department and all financial processes for the plants in Gebze and Dilovası.
- Planning, leading and managing of financial reporting and forecasting activities.
- Leading budget preparation process.
- Responsible for HR tasks including preparation of all payroll and the salary payment process.
- Coordinating completion of administrative tasks in both plants.
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly group reports.
- Performing periodical or ad hoc financial data analysis, queries, reconciliations and reports as needed from senior management.
- Completing and approving of all local reporting requirements and tax returns.
- Conducting and organizing General Assembly Meeting with Group Legal and Treasury departments.
- Charged with running and organizing group and local audits.
- Ensuring adherence to group policies and procedures and local regulations in financial applications.
- 10+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial company
- Driving license required
- CPA,CMA is preferred
- Payroll and HR experience is preferred
- Excellent Office knowledge, esp. Excel
- Proficiency in financial software required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent in English required
- Thorough understanding of financial planning and analysis processes and policies
