Business Head of the Operations Center

• Organizing and conducting the daily centralized operational processing and accounting of Head quarter, checking and giving approval within the authority; organizing and conducting various frequency reporting demanded by official authorities and institutions and the bank;
• Be accounting to and leading the business problem investigation and analysis and problem-solving within the authority;
• Monitoring, managing, controlling and reporting related operational risk and compliance risk and fraud risk;
• Organizing and conducting the business/product/procedure/system innovation within the scope of business operation, leading the process optimization and operation's infrastructure improvement;
• Coordinating the collaboration between the bank and relevant external supervision/institution for the business operation;
• Carrying out business survey and situation analysis and special subject research report;
• Reporting to superiors about all the above, conveying and presiding over other work tasks assigned by superiors and senior management;
• Providing technical guidance and training to the unit and branches.

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in banking sector and at least 5 years of ATMs, POS, corporate and individual internet banking, credit card, company credit card and bank credit card operational transactions,
• At least 2 years relevant business management experience, anti fraud experience is preferred, operational banking experience at different layer (branch/head quarter) is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the above products features，familar with risk control of whole-chain operation processing, sufficient knowledge of supervision's regulations,
• Fluent English both listening, speaking and writting
