- The position requires leading category & brand growth for Ülker confectionary business through shopper marketing activities across channels/key customers
- Builds in-store communication and best-in-class POS strategy by channel/banner level; leads the development and execution of shopper insights into in-store actions and relevant campaigns to capture Ülker brand opportunities over the competition – builds channel/store specific shopper promotion plans with trade marketing
- Builds yearly shopper marketing activation calendar by customer/channel level based on insights; does the execution with agencies and field teams and analyses/measures the performance of each activity on sales/ROI of each activity - develops channel/customer based in-store planograms and displays
- Works closely with sales leaders to develop aligned portfolio growth strategy in-store and resource prioritisation for Category/Brand activation calendar
- Follows-up closely the BTL materials and innovations of global platform; builds closer relationship with global and big local shopper/in-store agencies to develop in-store designs/shelf planograms & displays
- Has at least a standard knowledge of using, analysing, and interpreting the retail, household, and shopper data with Insight Team and capable of preparing account/channel/region specific plans based on quarterly Chain Insight; weekly scan track and monthly retail – presents the results to customers with action plans based on insights
- Holds strong multifunctional collaboration skills to work closely with Insight Team; Trade Marketing team; when necessary with Brand Team and Sales / Customer team
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an asset
- At least 2 years of experience in Shopper Marketing, Insight, Trade Marketing and/or Channel Development, Marketing with in-depth category and product knowledge
- Solid track record in analysing data, with strong conceptual ability, strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Competent in financial acumen- understands P&L metrics
- Holds effective communication, negotiation, and management skills with a pro-active, energetic, initiative and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English
