POSITION: E-COMMERCE DIRECTORWe are looking for an E-COMMERCE DIRECTOR for one of the most important woman retail companies provides the best service on the internet as well as in the retail sector, where it has been serving for years that we consult. To continue operating at their high standards, we're seeking an E-COMMERCE DIRECTOR. The ideal candidate drives the growth of the E-Commerce business by enhancing customer experience, managing customer order fulfilment, technology and infrastructural plans. He/She is also responsible for generating data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners for the business.Qualifications

University degree
Very important to have knowledge/expert at women fashion
Good in English, Turkish knowledge is a mandatory
At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing and E-commerce Logistics
Knowledgeable about e-commerce logistics management, inventory management, supply chain management and processes
Managed an in-house digital marketing team • Knowledge about 360-degree marketing
Team management and organization skills Qualifications (Continue)
Knowledgeable about integration
Strong communication skills, customer focused.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Advanced report reading skills
Strong communication skills, customer focused.
Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills
Ability to lead teams effectively
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and senior executive presence
Strong analytical, numerical and communication, presentation skills
High level of energy and self-motivation to manage complex multinational tasks
Advanced level of MS Office Programs is MUST
Resides in İstanbul-Asian side is preferred

Responsibilities

E-commerce, Digital Marketing & E-commerce Managing logistics operations and optimizing processes
Planning and implementing stock management and supply chain operations.
Developing strategies to increase efficiency in logistics processes
Managing budgets and costs of logistics operations
Making improvements in processes to increase customer satisfaction
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of logistics operations
Managing the performance of team management and operational personnel
