Overseeing computer and network systems and infrastructure of the organization.
Managing a team of system/network administrators and/or helpdesk specialists.
Anticipating future technology needs and identifying proactive solutions. Implementing new technologies to enhance the long-term operational and strategic goals of the company.
Ensuring adherence to enterprise technology and security rules and standards.
Managing key IT infrastructure projects.
Evaluating vendors and their solutions.
Managing disaster recovery infrastructure, and keeping it updated. Assist in planning and executing scenarios and tests to verify that the system functions meet business recovery requirements.
Administrative activities on the systems and network infrastructure.
Monitoring performance and resource utilization.
Continuous patch management and documentation.
Assisting in developing and monitoring IT infrastructure annual budget. Ensuring approved budget levels and targets are met.

At least 8 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure systems administration and design, including at least 2 years of experience leading a team of professionals to manage and operate a complex network, infrastructure, and storage environment.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Extensive experience in the design and management of business-critical corporate systems and networks, including a demonstrable ability to analyze risks, assess major incidents, and implement appropriate remedial measures.
Extensive experience in managing the delivery of technical support and connectivity services provided by a 3rd party including the formulation, agreement, and reporting of service levels and the implementation of operational controls.
Experience in delivering large-scale systems and network change programs.
Solid project management skills.
Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Business acumen, knowledge, and professionalism.
