- Manage the day to day IT support function & TR IT team
- Highlight any training that team members need to fulfil duties and monitor team members development to ensure training is optimised
- Communicate clear instructions to team members and manage the flow of day-to-day operations
- Promote working within the business's core values, through leadership
- Ensure all documentation for supported systems and services is in an appropriate format for reference and audit.
- Provide when necessary appropriate in-house training/presentations of new systems and services.
- Provide technical support for any technical infrastructure incidents
- Where appropriate, proactively monitor and review infrastructure systems, assisting with escalation of alerts / issues as appropriate.
- Manage the company Telephony System and Dialler as a whole with TR IT Team
- Ensure that the network operates smoothly at all times according to agreed SLA's Risk Management:
- Champion, lead, monitor and embed a environment of strong internal control and risk management throughout your areas of responsibility.
- Ensure that control deficiencies and risk impacts are escalated so that root cause analysis can be performed and remedial actions taken.
- Comply with the information security policy and procedures.
- Comply with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role.
- Report any information security incident, weakness or malfunction.
- Team management experience
- In-depth planning and organisation skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
- Experience of collaborating with third party suppliers to resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
- Working knowledge of W10 environment, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.
- Experience with Genesys Telephony systems and call centre dialler
- Knowledge of remote access, SSL VPN and Multi factor authentication
- Experience with networking monitoring systems
- Exposure to penetration testing and vulnerability scanning
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2008-2019
- Evaluate SQL features and SQL related products
- Experience of VoIP design principles and constraints Cisco experience CCNA or above
- Palo Alto Firewall Experience
- Proxy Appliance and tools (Websense)
- 802.1x principles and Network Access Control
- Exposure to 'Sıngle Sign On' techniques
- In depth knowledge Call Centre Platform Genesys PureConnect ININ 4.0
- Significant experience in a multi-site global infrastructure team
- Proven experience in a management, implementation and support services team within a secureenvironment
- Proven experience in delivering successful Infrastructure solutions
- Proven experience managing outsourced technology service suppliers
- Educated to a degree level from reputable universities Engineering Departments
- 5 to 12 years of proven work experience on various IT fields and responsibilities
