- Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of appx. 40 people
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry's main players
- Establish sales targets and closely monitor performance against the targets
- Taking a role in the determination of the sales targets made within the scope of the annual budget studies
- Determining the annual marketing budget in line with the determined targets, comparing it with the financial targets and presenting it to the superiors
- Identify key target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning to drive revenue growth
- Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and industry trends to identify new opportunities for business expansion
- Lead and manage sales and marketing teams; recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high performing sales and marketing team
- Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximize team productivity
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales objectives
- Develop and execute the sales, marketing and corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Leverage industry insights to identify potential risks and opportunities and make informed business decisions
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team and across the teams
- Work closely with R&D, technical teams to align sales and marketing strategies with product offerings and production capabilities
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in the e-commerce industry, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.
- The successful candidate must have +10 years of e-commerce background and at least +5 years of experience managing sales teams. E-commerce sector experience is a must.
