ERP System Support Specialist

• Provide support to ERP end users across the organization and partner network and assist end users with data processing.
• Collaborate with ERP users and management to configure and optimize system setups and workflows.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the ERP database schema and security subsystems to appropriate system access to cross functional users.
• Test and validate new SAP releases before deployment in the live environment.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and operating procedures.
• Analyze business processes and translate them into automated workflows and reporting solutions.
• Work closely with solution partners and stakeholders to define user requirements and implement data processing solutions.
• Generate and deliver reports using Jet Reports, Power BI, and other tools to support decision-making.
• Implement and support ZF global processes and directives within ERP program, including user training and issue resolution.

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering fields, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role with strong knowledge in SAP ERP systems (preferably with addition Navision experience).
• Deep knowledge and understanding of project management, process improvement methodologies, reporting tools (SQL, Power BI etc.).
