  • Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs of universities,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury retail sector,
  • High interest in fashion and an innovative approach to customer service,
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills,
  • Sales-oriented, team player, and committed to customer satisfaction,
  • Proficient in English.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Achieve individual sales and performance targets and KPIs,
  • Welcoming every client and provide the best client experience,
  • Representing the brand well both inside and outside of the store,
  • Building and developing relationships with existing customers to encourage brand loyalty,
  • Performing as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store,
  • Providing exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening to and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products.
