- University degree preferably in Engineering departments
- Demonstrated ability for leading and building organizational capabilities, robust systems and processes and culture of high performance / excellence in production
- Ability to lead teams effectively
- Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills and senior executive presence.
- Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills,
- Excellent leadership and people development skills, relevant and successful change management experience
- Fluency in English, Turkish knowledge is a mandatory
- Advanced level of MS Office Programs is MUST
- Strong analytical, numerical and communication, presentation skills
- Ability to work well independently and in team environment
- High level of energy and self-motivation to manage complex multinational tasks
- Resides in İstanbul-Asian side is preferred
- Develop strategic plan for optimized productivity
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
- Ensuring that financial reports are prepared fully and on time
- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
- Ensuring achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed
- Ensuring agreed service levels are maintained through efficient business and support functions in back-end sales, as well as shared platforms and tools,
