- Lead the design process from initial concept to final sample, with a strong focus on womenswear collections.
- Translate seasonal trends and inspirations into commercially successful products tailored for the Middle Eastern consumer.
- Collaborate closely with buyers, merchandisers, product developers, and factories to ensure design vision is executed with excellence.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, mood boards, fabric selections, and color palettes.
- Guide and support junior designers when necessary.
- Follow market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to deliver fashion-forward collections.
- Minimum 7 years of design experience, preferably in womenswear.
- Strong knowledge of design, production processes, and supplier communication.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
- Ability to manage multiple collections simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent sense of style, fitt, and fabric with strong attentionb to detail.
- Experience working with sourcing or production teams in Turkey is a strong plus.
