- Lead the team for achieve sales against defined targets and objectives
- Responsible from overall growth, P&L and KPIs
- Establish business plans and ensure company resources (budgets etc.) are utilized efficiently/effectively to deliver results targeted by the department
- Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities and targeting potential customers
- Manages the sales pipeline with a disiplined forecasting methodology to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Attracts and enables Sales Talents to grow by creating opportunities in sales team
- Ensures Sales Teams are motivated and that accounts and opportunities are allocated to maximize revenue growth
- University degree
- Experience in Technology sector and sales
- Experience in sales & team management
- Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the team
- Good negotiation skills and Team management skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills both in English
- Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary
- Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
