- Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management, ensuring Coordination & implementation of multi-brand category strategy & action plan with the relevant stake-holders both inside and outside the company.
- Full responsibility for the KPI’s of: Sales, Margin, Inventory, Market share and growth.
- Actively take role on budget process and monitor the realization of sales and margins.
- Brand management of exclusive brands
- Monitoring of assortments, merchandising updates & provide max. efficiency on store layouts
- Management of transversal projects: brand productivity-assortment optimization
- Managing OMNI trade plan: product and POS orders, local adaptations and online/ offline implementations
- Close collaboration with Europe Catman team to bring feedback to HQ of local specificities & opportunities, exchanging best practice and proposing action plan.
- Bring constant supports to stores/ identifying problems /bringing corporate solution.
- Identify the opportunities of sales and margin development
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Category Management.
- Strong knowledge multi-brand and omni-channel category strategies, and experience in managing exclusive brand portfolios
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and store teams
- Strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively across multiple levels and functions.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
