- Ensure the Brand Heart is brought to life and consistently activated across all touch points to build long term brand equity
- Understand consumer/patient priorities and identify the key questions to be addressed around value for the brand/portfolio, apply these insights to inform and drive key marketing/detailing decisions
- Take full responsibility for the preparation and execution of pre-launch activities, coordinate and align all strategic functions towards the launch strategy to meet company goals
- Supporting the Preparation and managing Business Plan, Annual A&P Budget and Communication / Media Plan/detailing plans/detailing/expert plans with P&L responsibility
- Develop winning Market Activation Plans (MAPs) in the context of the patient, expert, HCPs, trade and competitive set. Output clear local activation calendars to be deployed to attain growth priorities in sales and shares
- Executing patient and market research for in depth understanding; analysing and evaluating the results and transforming the outcomes into strategies &actions
- Implementing action plan by tracking brand performance and monitoring market dynamics by reviewing and analysing IMS, Nielsen Retail Audit, SOV data and Monthly Sales Reviews
- Leading creative, media, PR and digital agencies through marketing strategies
- Working closely with Sales Team and conducting market visits and analysing the necessary improvement priorities and development areas
- Supporting all kinds of national and regional congresses working closely with the expert team
- Working closely with the medical detailing manager and giving support for building relationships with external experts, key stakeholders and developing a plan to communicate and collaborate appropriately
- Graduate degree on Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related areas
- Brand Management experience for 1 year along with a longterm internship experience in marketing in FMCG
- Good problem solving and project management skills, with delivery focus, ability to work to tight timelines and to manage priorities
- Persuasive communicator in English, with strong ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional environment
- Project management experience in a cross-functional environment
