- Manage the indirect sales partners with a disiplined forecasting methodology to ensure sales KPI's are achieved & Generate pipeline to ensure sales KPI’s are achieved
- Lead cross functional teams to deliver end to end solutions management
- Executes quarterly and ad-hoc business reviews with the Indirect Solution Sales Channel, focusing on revenue, training, lead-generation activities
- Managed virtual project teams consisting of Marketing Communication, Sales, Finance, Customer Care, IT, Network, Legal and Regulation
- Establish effective relations with the Indirect Sales Partners to ensure that Vodafone is the preferred supplier for Beyond Connectivity products & services
- Manage relations with partners to increase consideration of Vodafone Beyond Connectivity products & services
- Organize webinars and innovation workshops for the customers
- Has a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
- Min. 5 years experience in sales and partner management and proven track record with strategic and corporate accounts
- Has telecom sector know-how, sales&technical sales and project management know-how
- Business development experience from direct/indirect channels and direct/indirect sales channel management
- Extensive knowledge about regulations, commercial deals, tools and technologies
- Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary
