- Lead sales and marketing efforts for VingCard products across the selected markets and segments in Turkey, with a primary focus on the hospitality sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with the local key accounts, including ELV consultants, architects and interior designers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both core and non-core segments.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize market share.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with VingCard's product offerings in the assigned territory.
- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals for the region.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Prepare annual budgets in coordination with management.
- Implement value-based selling strategies aligned with the company's value proposition.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives such as trade shows, advertisements, and product features.
- Review and revise contract documents in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in sales meetings, product promotions, training sessions, and industry events as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Hospitality or Technology sectors.
- Proven sales management skills and a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- High level of responsibility, discipline, and initiative.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Turkish and English.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Technical background is preferred.
- Experience in the hotel industry, particularly with technical product sales, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid Turkish driver's license.
- Willingness to spend approximately 80% of time in the field.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of four.
