Franchise Services Manager

- Serve as the main point of contact between RHG and assigned franchise hotels.
- Strengthen relationships with General Managers and hotel teams through regular communication, trainings, and initiatives.
- Analyze hotel performance (revenue, distribution, CRM, e-commerce) and advise on improvement strategies.
- Support pre-opening and conversion planning including pricing strategy and business plan setup.
- Monitor quality standards (QPR, GRI, NPS), guest feedback, and ensure brand compliance.
- Facilitate collaboration with Central Support Office teams (Sales, Marketing, RevGen, IT, HR, etc.).
- Drive training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing across the franchise network.
- University degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial and/or revenue corporate, cluster, or regional role.
- Strong hotel operations background and franchise experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Able to work independently, with a hands-on, consultative approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
