Our leading client in the home textile industry, who is seeking an experienced "Customer Service Representative" to join their dynamic team in greater Denizli.Responsibilities
Carrying out follow-up activities for a key global home furnishings client via their internal customer platform.
Reviewing new specifications and documentation, sharing them with relevant departments when necessary, and ensuring approvals are provided through the system.
Keeping the system up-to-date with accurate and current information.
Monitoring sample processes and order tracking.
Coordinating product development activities with the production team for incoming orders. Preparing related project files, presentations, and documentation in line with client requirements.
Managing and finalizing projects in collaboration with internal project teams.
Communicating customer expectations and requests to relevant departments and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Supporting business development efforts by attending international fairs, customer visits, and conducting market research to acquire new clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in companies supplying home textile products to a major Scandinavian retailer
Strong planning and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in English
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong team player
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for fairs and client visits
Residing in or willing to relocate to Denizli
