Job Description Summary This position is designed to provide strategic and operational support to the Product Manager for a strategic Immunology product. By actively participating in marketing processes with a TA perspective, it aims to strengthen coordination among field, medical, and other relevant teams. Building a strong brand presence and ensuring sustainable growth in the Immunology portfolio are key objectives of this role.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational support to the Product Manager
Collaborate with sales, medical, market access, regulatory, and external agency teams to execute launch activities
Prepare promotional materials and manage medical/regulatory approval processes
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to develop insights and share them with stakeholders
Support organizing launch meetings, advisory boards, field trainings, and product presentations
Prepare and monitor KPIs, reports, and dashboards
Support marketing budget-related processes
Facilitate effective communication and information flow between field force and headquarters
Identify collaboration opportunities and develop action plans with private hospitals, healthcare institutions, and professional associations

Essential Requirements:

University degree
Experience in Project Management is a plus
Working background in Marketing, Sales, or Product Management within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Team player with attention to detail and solution-oriented mindset
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and fluency in Turkish
Proficient user of MS Office applications
