In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end international logistics and customs operations - ensuring seamless coordination of shipments, timely customs clearance, and accurate documentation. Your hands-on involvement will directly impact product availability, cost efficiency, and service quality across our global trade activities.Your responsibilities

Manage end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods in full compliance with international trade regulations
Act as the primary point of contact for hauliers, customs brokers, bonded warehouses, and factories, ensuring smooth communication and operational coordination
Coordinate customs documentation and invoice payments to prevent clearance delays, while ensuring cost accuracy and alignment with budget and contracts
Ensure the timely availability of customs documents before truck arrivals to avoid logistical disruptions
Monitor and resolve discrepancies such as damaged or missing goods through structured reporting, stakeholder coordination, and regular performance tracking
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize freight and customs operations

The experience we’re looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Import & Export Operations
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and trade compliance
Experience with SAP and other logistics tracking systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
Knowledge of multimodal logistics processes (road, sea, air)
Strong communication skills for coordinating with international factories, logistics providers, and internal teams, and custom brokers.
