- Own and exceed revenue targets for Omtera’s martech and analytics portfolio across assigned territories
- Identify, engage, and close opportunities for both license sales and consulting implementation services
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closing
- Lead account strategies and grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell motions
- Collaborate closely with the partnerships, technical consulting, and marketing teams
- Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and marketing/data/IT decision-makers
- Report sales performance and pipeline status regularly to leadership
- Represent Omtera in regional events, workshops, and partner co-selling initiatives
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in martech, analytics, or customer engagement platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (license + services)
- Experience selling both subscriptions and consulting/professional services
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, product analytics, and data-driven growth strategies
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English; Turkish or Arabic is a plus, depending on the market
