- Identifies the best communication channels and approach to identify and to increase sellers' engagement with Marketplace and improve the penetration rate of our messages throughout the seller community,
- Develops the general communication and disseminates it a channel level,
- Together with the manager, establishes the annual and monthly communication objectives and draw the appropriate communication plan to reach those results,
- Implements the communication plan,
- Writes event-based newsletters for the sellers and supervises the graphic design for them, keeping the sellers updated by announcing new releases, campaigns, new services, contractual updates, legal requirements, etc.,
- Constantly improves the transactional communication with the sellers,
- Collaborates, if necessary, with PR team and PR consultants to issue press releases regarding Marketplace's activity,
- Creates content for all social media platforms where Marketplace is present,
- Manages the Marketplace seller community,
- Engages with Marketplace influencers,
- Identifies new communication channels and ways to improve the penetration Marketplace's messages throughout the seller community,
- Researches, tests and implements new ways to increase the CTR for the transactional and event-based communication with the sellers,
- Ensures the communications style is aligned with the Marketplace's brand promise and personality,
- Manages all communications platforms,
- Collaborates with the business teams to make sure sellers receive full access to information in due time and that all possible questions are covered in the communication,
- Support, if case, the relation with Advertising agencies, Online agencies, Multimedia Production companies, Creative Boutiques and other external suppliers.
- Education: University graduate (preferably Communication studies, Journalism, Public Relations),
- Professional experience: min. 2 years,
- Relevant and proven communications experience, preferably in writing content, transactional messages and social media posts,
- Advanced level of English and Turkish,
- Strong grammatical writing skills, with ability to develop clear, concise messages,
- Experience of creating employee communications / newsletter / E-zines, internet sites, using social media, etc.,
- Project management, relationship building and problem-solving skills,
- Strong attention to details.
