- Develop and execute tailored account plans for dairy manufacturers in Turkiye and Iran.
- Build long-term relationships with clients across the value chain-particularly in fresh dairy, cheese, UHT, and plant-based categories.
- Translate customer needs into actionable projects and commercial growth opportunities.
- Promote the dsm-firmenich dairy portfolio, including enzymes, cultures, hydrocolloids, vitamins, and functional blends.
- Collaborate with internal application and innovation teams to develop compelling value-added solutions.
- Support technical discussions and project execution with a clear commercial focus.
- Lead the full commercial cycle including pricing, quotation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Track performance KPIs (sales growth, profitability, pipeline health) and ensure monthly forecasting and demand planning accuracy.
- Provide consistent distributor support, including capability development, training, and joint customer visits.
- Stay informed about market trends, consumer preferences, and local challenges in the dairy sector.
- Identify emerging opportunities and provide feedback to marketing and global category teams to shape local strategy.

- University degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in technical sales, key account management, or business development in the dairy or food ingredients industry.
- Experience in both Turkish and/or Iranian markets with strong cultural awareness and customer orientation.
- Strong understanding of dairy processing technologies (e.g., fermentation, pasteurization, stabilization).
- Ability to balance technical acumen with commercial strategy.
- Fluent in English and Turkish languages. Farsi language would be an advantage.
- Willingness to frequent travel across the region.
