The position will be responsible for rolling out our digital ecosystem software products, used by our Bosch Car Service network partners (car repair & maintenance workshops). The position will be located in Maltepe, Istanbul.Position: Digital Ecosystem Roll-Out ExpertDepartment: Bosch Mobility Aftermarket Division / Bosch Car Service Marketing DeptWorking Style: Flexible working conditions with working 4 days/month at the officeYour contribution to something big
  • Create a plan for the rollout of the deployment activities of the project ensuring that project is delivered in scope and within forecasted cost, time and required quality
  • Responsible for plan & carry out testing of software according to the pre-agreed scope and scenarios and support functional development
  • Plan & execute pilot for final testing and acceptance of the developed Minimum Viable Product
  • Setup of the roll-out partner(s), if needed, including interfaces with the local Bosch organization
  • Design general roll-out process and deliverables with regards to standard documents, processes and synergies
  • Localization of the roll-out process and deliverables with regards to local requirements
  • Monitor the performance of project teams and subcontractors
  • System setup as per customer specific requirements (tenant creation, configuration and data migration)
  • Deliver functional training about the software to the users so they can sufficiently operate the system after go-live
  • Going live with the software, including the handover, initial go-live processes and sign-off
  • Localize the support concept with regards to local requirements and organization
  • Documentation of the requirements and requested scope, adjust functional documentation and share with the users as defined in the legal package
  • Monitors and controls product rollout through operational KPIs
  • Determine the causes of any perceived deviations
  • Flag and resolve any issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment
  • Cooperate with Bosch central teams in headquarter as well as local teams to follow up and improve concept related projects
Qualifications
  • Preferably experience in automotive aftermarket services and deep understanding of car services workshop processes
  • Strong customer-focused skills
  • Reliable & strong presentation skills and persuasive communication
  • Strong verbal and written negotiation skills in English and Turkish
  • Good command of MS Office Tools, PowerBI knowledge
  • Strong project management skills (PMP is a plus)
  • High process orientation
  • Quality management experience
  • Structured and independent working style along with the intrinsic motivation to make things happen
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of business transformation and change management
  • Team player; Think partnerships. Work collaboratively with all internal / external colleagues in the roll-out
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel and have a valid driving license
