- Manage advertising and sponsorship sales to achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and approach target brands aligned with KOBIL’s digital transformation vision, building trusted C-level relationships.
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with agencies to expand business opportunities.
- Position advertising, sponsorship, branded content, and event opportunities to clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: pitching, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Oversee brand onboarding: briefing, creative collaboration, and campaign activation.
- Collaborate with media editors and creative teams to deliver high-impact branded campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, deliver ROI insights, and present success stories to partners.
- 5-8 years of experience in advertising sales within leading media companies (digital, print, broadcasting etc.)
- Proven success in closing high-value advertising and sponsorship deals.
- Strong existing network of brand decision-makers and advertising agencies.
- Experience in AdTech, programmatic advertising, or SaaS/digital identity solutions is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.
- Professional-level English proficiency is a must.
- Results-driven mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
