Supply Chain Manager

• Lead, manage, and optimize the entire supply chain function from sourcing to delivery.
• Oversee and develop a multidisciplinary team across logistics, procurement, and trade operations, supplier development.
• Analyze and anticipate market fluctuations in raw materials, particularly metal and steel, and act proactively to mitigate risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing lean principles and efficiency-based tools.
• Ensure compliance with relevant trade regulations and optimize import/export processes.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with a focus on reliability and quality.
• Support operational excellence through strategic decision-making, data-driven forecasting, and cost optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a technical mindset is required.
• Minimum 9-10 years of total experience, with at least 4-5 years in a team leadership role.
• Proven track record in supply chain and procurement roles in metal/steel-intensive industries.
• Experience in managing international procurement and logistics functions.
• Strong command of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical thinking and a proactive approach to dynamic market conditions.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.
