- Accurately entering orders and monitoring their processing while keeping the customers informed at all stages
- Handling returns, issuing credit notes, and processing sample orders efficiently
- Optimizing order size, frequency, and the entire supply chain, including goods issue and shipment tracking
- Addressing customer inquiries and collaborating across departments
- Continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Solid professional experience in a comparable position, such as customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement
- Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes
- Experience with SAP R3 – SD module is an advantage
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages such as Italian or French would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
