You provide basic and advanced system trainings to the users and ensure that medical equipments are utilized with all available functions to maximum extend.
You act as the main contact point for the users in application related inquiries through the lifetime of medical equipment.
You provide refresher trainings on both newly installed and upgraded/ updated systems.
You support product sales by introducing new released options of products to customers.
You act as a bridge in SHS Regional Support Center and site by escalating issues that requires further investigation by the regional centers

Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field is preferred
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Medical, or respective areas) or associate degree in Imaging Techniques
Knowledge of medical equipment or high technology systems theory
Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement

You possess strong analytics and technical troubleshooting skills
You are a team player with the ability to work independently
You have eager to learn
You have good communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate with customers and staff at all levels
Experience in negotiation and conflict management
Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach
You have strong complex problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms
