- Cultivate and sustain long-term business relationships with existing high-volume merchants
- Understand the market dynamics in Turkey, including competition, trends, and opportunities.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the region.
- Represent the company in local events and forums to enhance brand visibility and cultivate potential leads.
- Harmonize customer expectations and needs with the company's strategic roadmap.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales roles
- A passion for technology and eCommerce.
- Proficiency in analytics and business intelligence tools, with CRM knowledge being essential.
- Exceptional written and spoken Turkish and English communication skills.
