- Lead the launch and assume full commercial responsibility for Spark Clear Aligners in Türkiye, aligned with regional and global strategies.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, including sales plans, pricing, market segmentation, and channel strategy.
- Build, manage, and develop a high-performing sales and clinical support team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Monitor and deliver on key KPIs including revenue, growth, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, regulatory, finance, and operations to ensure successful market expansion and operational excellence.
- Identify and build relationships with top orthodontists, clinics, DSO groups, and key market influencers to drive Spark adoption.
- Accelerate conversion from competitor aligner systems by showcasing Spark's clinical advantages and workflow efficiencies.
- Drive both direct sales and support third-party sales channels through effective relationship management, regular field engagement, and business reviews.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, feedback, and the competitive landscape to continually refine strategy and tactics.
- Champion Spark's premium value proposition by overseeing training, onboarding, and clinical support programs for providers.
- Represent Spark at expert meetings, congresses, exhibitions, and scientific events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on local demand generation initiatives and KOL engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Dentistry, Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of commercial leadership experience, ideally in the dental or orthodontic sector.
- Clear aligner market experience is highly desirable.
- Strong track record of launching or scaling brands in a fast-growth environment.
- Experience managing distributors or indirect sales channels.
- Visionary and strategic thinker with a hands-on commercial mindset.
- Proven leader with strong people management skills; demonstrated ability to hire, lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage P&L responsibility.
- Deep knowledge of digital dental workflows, orthodontics, and customer education approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with C-level professionals, KOLs, and clinical stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with a high level of proficiency in CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Turkish (verbal and written). English language proficiency is required.
