IT Expert Digital Workplace

• Carry out user authorisation/administration and introduce new users to the Tchibo system environment
• Ensuring system accessibility, functionality and stability, working around Incident/Problem/Change management processes (following issues from beginning to end)
• Managing network components such as router, switch, firewall/VPN security
• Maintaining and upgrading servers and services
• Collaborating with external service providers (HQ, shops, call center etc.)
• Working with IT-Management systems for Asset Management
• Take part on IT projects/changes as on-site member
• Working not only with IT, but also with international IT members

• University degree (Computer, Electrics - Electronics based or related engineering disciplines arepreferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in IT operations with technical know how in end user support, desktop devices and network systems (Having shops/retail market experience is a plus)
• Solid background of Windows server/client operating systems, PC hardware, Active Directory, backup processes, network topologies and administration (LAN/WAN, storage, domain controllers (DC)
• Good technical background in network security including firewall (Fortinet) and routing
• Experienced in Cisco and HP network products (access point, router, switch, storage)
• High level of service & customer orientation
• Strong communication skills (end-users, 3rd party solution providers)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems
• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications
• Suitable for team work, disciplined and hardworking
• Good command of English (German would be an advantage)
